This is the brand new 2018 Draco-inspired NAK9 AK pistol in 9mm. Jason Karvois who is the Director of Sales at Century Arms says, “The Draco NAK9 fills a void in the U.S. market for a high-quality Com-Bloc 9mm AK pistol, because it readily accepts Glock brand 9mm and aftermarket Glock magazines, many consumers can utilize the magazines they already own in their new 9mm AK pistol.”
Was there really a void?
Ours is not to reason why…especially when it comes to guns.
The cool thing about the new NAK9 is that it accepts Glock 17 and 19 magazines.
So, the Draco NAK9 is made in Romania and is pretty much an AK-47 pistol with an AK-style mag release lever, blowback action, traditional dust cover, stamped steel receiver, AKM handguard, tradition AK iron sights and same AK controls.
It has an 11.14-inch hammer-forged, chrome-lined 14x1mm threaded barrel with 1:10 twist, a Picatinny rail, and a rear sling mount. It is 19.1 inches overall and weighs 6.38 pounds. MSRP is listed at $724.99.
If you like 9mm, AKs and Glock—well, here ya go.
